What does IB Offer Pro include?

Every plan gives full access to the same product: AI-graded technical drills across 8 domains (accounting, valuation, DCF, LBO, M&A, and more), unlimited AI mock interviews with voice mode, unlimited Ask IB chat, a question bank of real candidate-reported questions across leading advisory and private equity firms, structured career-based learn modules, progress and weakness tracking, and an application tracker. Plans are $19/month, $39/quarter, or $99/year; the only difference between them is price.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 3 days and requires a card to start. You get full access to everything in Pro during the trial. When the 3 days end, your card is charged automatically for the plan you picked unless you cancel first. To try IB Offer without being billed, cancel any time before the trial ends; you keep access for the rest of the trial period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your dashboard and click Manage billing. That opens our secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. No emails or phone calls required. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for (or until the trial ends, if you cancel during the trial), and you will not be charged again.

Can I get a refund?

If something went wrong, such as an accidental renewal or a duplicate charge, email support@iboffer.com from the address on your account and we will look at it case by case. Refund terms are governed by our Terms of Service. The fastest way to avoid an unwanted charge is to cancel from the billing portal before your trial or billing period ends.

How do I switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans?

Use the same Manage billing portal from your dashboard. You can switch plans there, and Stripe prorates the difference automatically. All plans include identical access, so switching only changes what you pay and how often.

How does drill grading work?

Drills come from a curated bank written and maintained by us. You type your answer, and an AI grader scores it and returns specific written feedback plus a model answer, so you learn exactly where your answer fell short instead of self-marking. Your results feed the progress and weakness tracking that suggests what to practice next.

What do I need for voice mock interviews?

A microphone and a modern desktop or mobile browser (a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox). Your browser will ask for microphone permission the first time you start a mock; you need to allow it. A quiet room and a headset improve transcription quality, but the built-in mic on a laptop or phone works fine.

How do I change my email or password?

Sign-in and account security are handled by Clerk. In the dashboard, open the account menu (your avatar in the corner) and choose Manage account to update your email address or password. If you are locked out, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset by email.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Email privacy@iboffer.com from the address on your account and tell us whether you want a copy of your data, deletion, or both. We handle these requests manually as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the billing portal first so you are not charged again while the request is processed.
