These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IB Offer and iboffer.com. By using the site, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the product when available, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use IB Offer.
1. What IB Offer is
IB Offer is an educational platform for investment banking interview preparation. The product is designed to include technical drills, behavioral practice, AI mock interviews, resume feedback, interview feedback, written guides, and a candidate-reported question bank. Some features are pre-launch, beta, or subject to change.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use IB Offer. If you use IB Offer on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch timing, availability, a specific feature set, or a specific price. Founding-member pricing, discounts, or early-access offers may be limited, changed, or withdrawn before purchase unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
4. Accounts and security
Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Educational use only
IB Offer is a preparation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, career, or recruiting advice. We do not guarantee interviews, superdays, offers, compensation, visa outcomes, or employment results.
6. No bank affiliation
IB Offer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Evercore, Lazard, Moelis, or any other bank, employer, school, or recruiting platform unless we clearly state otherwise. Firm names are used only to identify interview-prep topics and candidate-reported question categories.
7. Candidate-reported questions
IB Offer may reference questions reported by candidates or derived from public interview preparation sources. These questions are educational examples, not official bank interview materials. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or non-public employer information to IB Offer.
8. AI features and outputs
AI-generated questions, resume scoring, bullet rewrites, feedback, explanations, and model answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific interview. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and using your own judgment. IB Offer may update models, prompts, scoring rules, and feedback systems over time.
9. Resume analyzer
The resume analyzer is an educational feedback tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, screening outcomes, or recruiter preferences. Suggested rewrites are examples for improving clarity, impact, and interview readiness; you are responsible for ensuring every resume statement is accurate, truthful, and supported by your real experience. Do not upload confidential employer, client, transaction, school, or personal information you do not have permission to share.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of answers, prompts, transcripts, messages, and other content you submit. You grant IB Offer a limited license to host, process, display, analyze, and use that content to provide the service, improve product quality, maintain safety, and comply with law. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, violate others' rights, or misuse confidential information.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the question bank or paid content.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit malware, spam, deceptive content, or abusive prompts.
- Do not use IB Offer to train a competing product without permission.
12. IB Offer content and license
The site, software, design, article library, guides, question bank, frameworks, and related materials are owned by IB Offer or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IB Offer for your own interview preparation.
13. Pricing, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid features may be introduced later. Pricing, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the product before you buy. Taxes, currency conversion, payment-provider fees, and bank charges may apply.
14. Third-party services
IB Offer relies on third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, and AI infrastructure. Your use of those parts of the product may also be subject to the third parties' own terms and privacy practices.
15. Beta features and availability
Pre-launch and beta features may be changed, paused, rate-limited, reset, or discontinued. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available forever.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
17. Disclaimers
IB Offer is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, IB Offer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, recruiting outcomes, or employment decisions arising from your use of the service.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or expose IB Offer to legal or security risk. You may stop using IB Offer at any time.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the updated Terms.
